FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER €65!

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2-3 working days. Thereafter, estimated postal delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: 1 to 2 working days*
UK: 3 to 4 working days*
Europe: 7 to 9 working days*
USA: 5 to 7 working days*
Rest of World: 7 to 20 working days*, varies according to destination.

*Availability / Delays: The above delivery times and last posting dates are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after dispatch which are out of our control (eg. customs delays, local road conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season. Packages not delivered in 20 working days for Europe/USA and 30 working days for "Rest of World" destinations are deemed lost in transit, and you can then either receive replacements or a full refund.

Shipping costs:

We are currently offering FREE worldwide shipping for orders over €65. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at time of checkout. We ship with An Post Postal Service or couriers and charge below the actual cost of shipping. Orders weighing greater than 2kg shipping weight may be quoted for separately via email.

Import charges (For customer based outside the EU):

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import VAT, duties, and courier handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying. Alternatively, use the import duty calculator at SimplyDuty.

Stock availability:

While we make every attempt to keep sufficient stock of each product, there are times when a particular item will need to be manufactured, especially for bulk purchases. In this case, you will be contacted to confirm your order. If you accept the new order, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for delivery.

Taxes:

VAT is included in the final price for all orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). The final product price will be displayed during checkout after selecting shipping destination. If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout. Dr K Soap Company is VAT registered in Ireland.
